In this blog, we provide detailed information about the SRE Report 2023. In this second year, we evaluated the value derived from "Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps)" and inquired about the extent of the issue regarding tool sprawl. When examining several core concepts of SRE, such as the value of AIOps and whether the proliferation of tools is a challenge, we observed differences in perspectives between individual business owners (SRE) and management, which not only highlights a lack of communication between groups but also reveals differences in priorities and ways of thinking.
